IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Biscuits are baked fresh and come in a mixed variety of design.
• We require minimum 2 days notice prior to the dispatch/collection day. If you would like to pre-order your bones for a future date, please select a date on the delivery scheduler. Pick up orders will be notified by email when the order is ready.
• While we do our best to ensure your treats are carefully packed, we cannot guarantee that some biscuits may not break in transit and will not be refunded or replaced (but they’ll still taste great)!
• Our cookies are best eaten fresh but can last up to 10 days from baking if stored cool in an air tight container. Refrigerate to prolong life.
• If you purchase other items at the same time then they will be dispatched together. If you would like your other items shipped immediately please complete a separate checkout (please note this will incur additional delivery charges).
