I ordered a resin homeware item, is it food safe?

Yes! All of our homeware resin items are made with FDA approved resin; making them 100% food safe.

Are you resin earrings hypoallergenic?

In order to cater for clients with allergies, we have three metal options available for your resin earrings to be created with;

Gold-plated
Silver-plated
Sterling silver (a small additonal cost applies)

How much is shipping?

As much as we would love to give you free shipping, being a small business means unfortunately we cannot cover the rising shipping costs. Therefore, the following fees apply;

How long does shipping take?

All of our items are sent domestically within NZ on an overnight courier with NZ Post. Some delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, and seasonal peak times.

Can I send a gift box or bouquet directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! If you’re wanting to send a gift straight to someone’s door, simply write their shipping address in the ‘shipping address’ box provided at checkout.
